Shelly is the Roaming Coordinator at Thumb Cellular LLC in Pigeon. Shelly shared “It’s an honor and a privilege to be a part of the Huron County Community Foundation.  Huron County is such a unique place to work, live and play.  The foundation is designed to continue that tradition for generations to come by offering great service projects, opportunities for our youth and continued education scholarships.
